Copeland's of New Orleans - Covington: Reviews & Ratings
We stopped here after visiting family. We are here from Texas. The service and atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Our waiter Andy was awesome. Love him. The food came out quickly. Andy was very attentive. The food is very tasty and portions are generous so come with an empty stomach. We will definitely be stopping by this establishment again when we are in town.
Driving thru Louisiana on our way home to Texas. We wanted some great Cajun food and were blessed to stop at Copeland’s and had the best experience ever! Amie was our server and were treated to her southern charm and hospitality!
Food was great and the daiquiris were even better. Nice restaurant for a date night. Our server was slightly attentive but would have liked him to be around more as we waited for a good 10-15 minutes before another server had asked him to come to our table. The buffalo chicken egg rolls were amazing.
Victoria our waitress was so nice! She made sure our drinks were refilled and kept our table clean. The food was spectacular. Husband had blackened trio which was a great variety and seasoned well. I had the salmon Oscar and the sauce was great. The crawfish bread was probably the best I've ever had. Everything was so flavorful. Thank you so much for an incredible experience Victoria!
The atmosphere in this place was so cute and adorable. We are from the south shore, So we are no strangers to Copeland’s. But the ambience in here was beyond what we expected. Andy was a great server and accommodated our very large party well. He was quick and thorough, With a great attitude. Will be requesting him next time.
This was our first time trying this restaurant, we were driving from Texas and decided to stop here. I tried the blackened crabcake and shrimp alfredo but I was not impressed. It was luke warm, at best, with no flavor, however I asked if I could try something else and with no problem, the waitstaff and chef obliged. I tried the Blackened trio (which is what my husband ordered) and it was wonderful. Seasoned to perfection and it was hot. We definitely enjoyed our food. The service provided to us from the time we were greeted until we were promptly seated by Glenda and Ms. Bartholomew (the Hostesses) and Jody (our waiter) was amazing. All were very courteous, professional and engaging when it came to our questions regarding items on the menu. Jodi always made sure we had everything requested and our glasses of water were always topped off. We never had to wait long for anything. It is so hard to find good, consistent customer service now. Well, he went above and beyond. The Turtle and Killed by Chocolate Cheesecakes were PHONOMENAL!!! You have to try them both, throw caution to the wind and just do it! You will not be disappointed. Thank you to all of you for turning around what could have been a not so pleasant experience, into a beautiful evening.
My family and I had a very good time today! We stop there for lunch and it was so nice as soon as we opened the door a lady with a big smile and so respectful, receive us and took us to our table not even a minute after that. Mrs Amie the server show up on the table and explain the menu for us as well as she recommend us some plates, we order everything she recommend us including the appetizers, entrees and dessert and everything was so good. We felt so happy with her service as well as with the food. It’s hard to find a place where everything it’s great, the staff, the food and the environment.
